Instructions: 

1.  Find a quiet place where you won’t be disturbed for about 10 minutes.

2. Have in mind your memory from your past when you felt awesome.

3. Think about a scene or setting in your present that you would like to connect those amazing feelings to.

4. Listen to the below hypnosis track (you can listen here, or download the file and add it to your phone).

5. Use the track as often as you’d like to create a change in your subconscious!
