How to Rekindle YOUR Spark

At some point, we've all felt it. That loss of motivation. That feeling of being stuck in a rut. If you're struggling to find your spark, don't worry—you're not alone. Here are a few tips to help you get your spark back and rekindle your passion for what you do.

Find a Mentor

One of the best ways to get your spark back is to find someone who can help mentor and guide you. This can be someone at work, in your personal life, or even someone you admire from a distance (social media can be a great tool to find one!). A mentor can help give you the perspective and advice you need to get unstuck and moving in the right direction again.

Set Some Goals

If you're feeling lost, it can be helpful to set some goals—both short-term and long-term—to give yourself a sense of purpose and something to strive for. Once you have some goals in mind, make a plan for how you're going to achieve them. Having a roadmap will help you stay on track and motivated as you work towards achieving your goals.

Get Out of Your Comfort Zone

Sometimes, the best way to find your spark is to push yourself outside of your comfort zone. Trying new things can open up new opportunities and experiences that you never would have had otherwise. So go ahead and sign up for that cooking class or take that trip abroad—you never know what might happen!

We all go through lulls in our lives where we lose our motivation and inspiration. But it's important to remember that these feelings are only temporary—with a little effort, you can find your spark again. By seeking out a mentor, setting goals, and pushing yourself outside of your comfort zone, you can rekindle your passion for what you do and get back on track to achieving your dreams.
